Description of the error:
Sometimes, when you run some program, especially on program startup, the error " is missing" appears.
That means, that Windows system was not able to find this DLL, which is an integral part of a main application.
Possible solutions:
1st solution is to restart Windows and try it again. If the problem persists, it mostly indicates the damage of an application to which
belongs.
Than you should reinstall the application. In most cases this helps.
If you are not able to reinstall the application from original media, last (and not recommended!) solution is to download the missing
DLL somewhere from internet. Try to search on manufacturers website first. Warning: DLL download sites are very often
infected by malware. DLL downloads from anonymous websites can seriously damage your operating system, data or privacy.
