rundll32.exe: Rundll32.exe javascript

I've just (August 2014) seen a report of a program that uses the command line

rundll32.exe javascript:'..mshtml,RunHTMLApplication'

How does that work? I thought the first parameter was supposed to be the name of a DLL (mshtml), but how does rundll32 parse that command line?

servic~1.exe: CruiseControl.NET stalls with Psexec

I have a strange problem using CC.NET with psexec.

I'm essentially duplicating a build server, except for a couple of name changes on each. Both are VMs. The first server works great, but the almost identical project on the second does not complete the CC.NET build. This happens after getting to the part of the CC.NET server configuration that triggers a batch file with a psexec command.

The psexec command is simple and serves to trigger an exe file, which is a Ranorex automated t

savservice.exe: How to log output to file

powershell newb here. I am having some difficulty trying log my output to a file. I have tried two tactics, both of which do not work for me. The first is using the Start/Stop-Transcript cmdlet. winlogon.exe: The SYSTEM account cannot access the certificate store

Why the SYSTEM account is not able to access the user's certificate store?

At the same time the SYSTEM account is able to read the certificate (through the CSP dll) from the smart card and put it in the certificate store (CSP is being used by winlogon.exe in this case, so I guess the winlogon.exe has some magic inside).

For example, calling CertOpenSystemStore( NULL, L'MY' ) under system account will succeed, but CertFindCertificateInStore() will not find anything, because it looks
