Smart Card Resource Manager (ScardSvr.exe) and concurrent RDP sessions on Windows 7 and Wind… [closed]

How does Smart Card Resource Manager (SCardSvr.exe) on Windows OS behave if multiple remote desktop sessions are allowed?

Suppose user 'A' connects to his computer 'X' from computer 'Y' using the RDP session. He uses the smart card reader attached to the keyboard of computer 'Y'. For some reason, he removes his card from the card reader and goes away; and so his computer (in RDP session) gets locked.
Now he goes to some other workstation 'Z' and connects to his computer 'X' using the remote desktop connection and the same smart card.
In this case, A's first session is alive and in that session Smart Card service on his computer would be using the card reader of computer 'Y'. On the other hand, for second session the same service would be using the card reader of computer 'Z'.

Does Smart Card Resource Manager restart when second session starts ? (As per my knowledge, it restarts when you switch between the users.)
Or does Smart Card Resource Manager's instance is created per session in case of RDP?
It would be great if you could redirect me to some helpful documentation.

Note: Although my question is for Windows OS, I currently have Windows 7 Ultimate installed. (Windows 7 'Ultimate' allows multiple RDP sessions.)
