Unable to access mapped net driver when process created from an windows service program (non…

I know since Vista windows has problem with mapped network drive between administrator user and normal user. A mapped driver created by normal user could not be accessed by administrator, including programs running as administrator and windows service programs with default user group (the local system).

I know it can be fixed with the following reg key set:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionPoliciesSystem]
'EnableLinkedConnections'=dword:00000001

However, I just want to access the mapped driver from a process which is launched by a windows service:

my-windows-service.exe - changed the 'logged in as' from local system into ./Normal-user

Inside my-windows-service.exe:

ShellExecute(... my-app-which-needs-mapped-driver.exe...)

The problem is my-app-which-needs-mapped-driver.exe could not access mapped network driver, even if the caller program (my-windows-service.exe) was logged in as ./Normal-user.

How to solve the issue?
